Product Owner

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of online and land-based game products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering or product management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving product success.

Your role

• Oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of both online and land-based game products to ensure exceptional quality and performance.
• Drive the product vision, fostering innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing tasks and aligning efforts across game teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve barriers to seamless product delivery.
• Define detailed functional requirements for new features, ensuring alignment with the broader product vision.
• Monitor and assess ongoing projects for quality, adherence to timelines, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead the collection, analysis, and prioritization of customer needs and product features to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Partner with Development teams to create world-class gaming products that set industry benchmarks.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to achieve revenue goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct usability testing and performance evaluations for new features, integrating insights from market trends and focus group feedback.
• Clearly communicate rollout plans, feature enhancements, and bug updates to leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Your Profile

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any course.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a Software Engineer.
• Proven ability to define product visions and functional requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
