Product and Operational Supervisor
Overview
Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support our business objectives. Collect and analyze data from various sources to improve performance in Marketing, products and campaigns among others.
Your role
- Analytics Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy to align with the organization’s business goals.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from internal systems, third-party tools, and market research to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- KPI Definition & Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), developing dashboards and reports to measure performance.
- Actionable Insights: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to empower stakeholders with informed decisions for business growth.
- Industry Trends & Tools: Stay updated on industry advancements and new analytics tools, evaluating their potential to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Data Governance: Lead data governance efforts, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and implementing necessary security measures.
- IT Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure, ensuring efficient data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
- Clear Communication: Present complex analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
- Product Management: Assist in planning and launching new product features, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and analyze user feedback to recommend product optimizations and improvements.
- Platform Operations Support: Oversee daily platform operations, ensuring seamless functionality, user support, and efficient issue resolution.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- 2–5+ years of experience in operations, product management, or supervisory roles.
- Experience with operational workflows, quality control, and process efficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for tracking KPIs.
- Managing team resources, costs, and operational expenses.
