Quality Analyst

Overview

A Quality Analyst (QA) plays a critical role in ensuring that products or services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Your role

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficiency.
• Utilize tools like Postman to conduct thorough API testing, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all tests, outcomes, and anomalies. Generate reports to provide insights into quality metrics.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify and address issues early in the development cycle.
• Ensure that the final product adheres to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage with end-users to conduct UAT, ensuring the product meets technical specifications and delivers a user-friendly experience.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with automated testing suites is highly desirable.
• Experience using tools like Xray for JIRA.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in the software industry.
• Proven experience in QA testing for web applications.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and the software development lifecycle.
• Proficient in writing clear and concise test documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
