Truck Driver

Overview

Truck drivers transport goods from one location to another, often across long distances. They play a critical role in supply chains, ensuring that products and materials are delivered efficiently and safely.

Your role

• Operate large trucks, or delivery vehicles, over various distances.
• Help with loading and unloading goods.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
• Plan routes to ensure timely deliveries, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Maintain logs of working hours, distance traveled, fuel consumption, and other relevant data, as required by law.
• Ensure that the vehicle is always in good working condition, monitors the registration period, and schedule of regular maintenance.
• Follow all state and federal trucking regulations, including weight limits and safety standards.
• Keep in touch with dispatchers to update them on delivery progress or report any issues.

Your Profile

• At least Highschool graduate with 6 months experience as a Truck Driver.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• With driver license DL Code A,A1,B,B1,B2,C,D.
• Proven experience as a driver or similar role.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
